I was talking to one of my Remodelers AutoPilot clients here in Michigan last week. He said:

Kyle, listen to this one. The 6-month follow-up email [see a copy of it below] went out.

We did a nice, high-end deck for this client. They replied back to the email and said there was a screw that was sticking up and another minor issue with part of the railing. We’re going to go and fix both items next week.

And then they said, ‘Hey – while you’re out we’d like to talk to you about our guest bathroom and kitchen countertops. We’re ready to get moving on those projects.’

Lesson for you: Your most valuable marketing asset is your previous client list! You need to be staying-in-touch with them.
