Here’s a very simple recruiting tip.  

You have a previous employee or two you can call and touch base with.  

You have resumes you can call – people you interviewed two years ago that didn’t go anywhere. Give them a call!  

You have 2, maybe 3, people in your phone you can call and check in with.  

You know from your HBA that there are a couple of smaller company owners who might want to join you instead of continuing to run their own business (or they might just be good trade partners you could use.)



What Josh is doing in the photo is simply making a list and as he makes a contact connected to recruiting, he marks it off.  

Part of the recruiting challenge is simply making focused and consistent effort day in and day out and making connections.
