Something to add to your project checklist… Look and see what size furnace filter your client uses and purchase a set of them.
Be sure to let them know you did it and after certain parts of the project – replace it for them. There’s no doubt the filter needs to be replaced much more often during the construction phase.
A little thing that shows that you care about the remodeling experience they have with you!

If you’re doing a Parade of Homes Tour or Home Show – here’s some written copy that you can edit for your business and email out to previous clients/prospects to offer free tickets.
It’s a great way to offer some value and stay in touch with previous clients/prospects:
Subject Line: Would you like tickets?
Every spring, the Remodelers Council organizes the Tour of Remodeled Homes. This year the tour consists of 19 remodeled homes (see the list here) that are opened for public viewing.
The tour takes place April 28th & 29th from 12:00-5:00 each day.
If you’re thinking of remodeling or adding a new room to your home, you’ll love this event!
We would love to provide you with two complimentary tickets to the event! To receive your tickets, simply:
1. Reply to this email letting us know you’d like them.
2. Make the first home you visit on the tour be the home we remodeled.
We’ll be there the whole weekend and have an envelope with your name on it with your tickets inside.
I would love to see you and provide the tickets for you!
